Can you help with planning permission and building regulations?

Absolutely. We’ll handle the necessary applications and correspondence with local authorities to ensure your project meets all legal requirements and complies with building regulations.

In most cases, yes. We understand that many projects take place in lived-in homes, so we go the extra mile to keep the site tidy, safe, and respectful of your space and routine.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Allan and the Bespoke team have done it again! They’ve done an amazing job landscaping the garden after renovating our bungalow.

The expertise, skill, and passion that every single member of the team brings is incredible. Once again, Allan and the team delivered an incredible job — from the planning stage to the very end, everything ran like clockwork.

The finish is done to such a high standard. We’re absolutely over the moon — it’s exactly how we imagined it to be!

A big thank you to Allan, Dan, and the team for completing our dream home.

The transformation doesn’t stop when the sun goes down 🌙

After looking at several building contracting companies, we decided to go with Bespoke building contractors Ltd, based on their 5-star Google reviews and we weren’t disappointed in anyway what so ever.
We used all of the Bespoke building services, from planning, design, building to decorating.
From our 1st initial consultation meeting, we were very comfortable dealing with Allan, he was very knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and clear about the costings.
Allan has a great team of highly skilled, professional, qualified workmen around him, working to his schedule and tight deadlines, without losing any quality and craftmanship. We were regularly updated on every stage of the building work being carried out, right throughout the whole of the project. Allan was never too busy to respond to any queries or concerns we may have had.
We were given a 16-week schedule to totally rebuild a 2-bedroom bungalow, complete with a kitchen/dinner and an open plan extension.
Bespoke did this in 15 weeks, with a week to spare, giving us our dream home with a showroom finish.
We had to wait 12 months for Bespoke to start our project, to be honest if we were to use Bespoke again, we’d wait even longer!!
Thanks Allan, Dan and the whole Team From Kal & Sukwinder

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What a fabulous building company! If we had known about Allan Robb and his superb team before, we would have had the freezing conservatory replaced with a warm room years ago!

From the start of our project, Allan Robb helped us endlessly and patiently with all the planning permission and building regulation requirements, and our emails were always answered promptly and clearly.

The "project management" provided by Allan Robb was outstanding. When work commenced, each stage followed the building schedule we were given and the various teams (brick layers, roofers and plasterers to mention but a few) arrived when expected and we were never left wondering what was happening. All the teams were polite and friendly and always mindful of our comfort and requirements. Special attention was given to the choice of roof tiles and bricks which was something that had not even crossed our minds!

Although we felt very special, we can see from other Reviews that we are not the only clients that have been impressed and delighted by these contractors, so their work ethic is clearly a company policy.

We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bespoke Building Contractors. They are first class!

Thank you to all who worked on our project - we love our beautiful new warm extension.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent.
Allan and the team recently rebuilt our decking. From start to finish they worked hard & efficiently. Communicating clearly the progress of the project and expectations. We had a clear deadline by which we needed it done and, despite there being additional elements added, they delivered ahead of schedule.
Quality of the work is exceptional. Really pleased with the final outcome. Already starting to consider other projects we can have them return to do. Would 100% recommend. Thanks!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Allan and the guys did a fantastic job - had an internal wall removed and replaced with a beautifully plastered and framed doorway. Everything was well explained and planned out. Really trustworthy people - able to leave them with a spare key when we popped out.
