This diverse and rewarding project in Sale, Manchester involved a full transformation of a family home – both inside and out. The brief included extending the front elevation to create a spacious new entrance and functional boot-room, setting the tone for the quality craftsmanship found throughout the rest of the property.

We carried out a full re-roof, a complete internal renovation including a stylish new bathroom, refurbished staircase, and elegant wainscot wall panelling to elevate the interiors. Bespoke shaker-style alcove cabinetry was designed and fitted with integrated LED lighting, blending form and function seamlessly.

Externally, we applied a modern silicone-based render system to freshen the façade and constructed a fully bespoke garden office and gym finished in sleek slatted composite cladding. The outdoor space was completed with porcelain paving to the rear and a resin-bound driveway with stone sett edging, offering kerb appeal to match the interior finish.
